Premier League coverage continues across ESPN platforms in the Caribbean this weekend, beginning Friday, Aug. 28, as Crystal Palace hosts Manchester City at 3 p.m. ET on ESPN Extra and ESPN on Disney+.
Manchester City enters the matchup following a 2-1 comeback victory over Bournemouth in Enzo Maresca’s first Premier League match in charge. The reigning FA Cup champion scored twice in the final minutes to secure three points in its season opener. Crystal Palace returns to Selhurst Park for its first home Premier League match under new manager Pierre Sage after opening the season with a 2-0 loss at Everton. Manchester City won both Premier League meetings between the clubs 3-0 last season.
Saturday’s coverage includes Liverpool hosting Nottingham Forest at 7:30 a.m. on ESPN, ESPN Extra and ESPN on Disney+, followed by Tottenham Hotspur against Newcastle United at 12:30 p.m. on ESPN Extra and ESPN on Disney+. Tottenham looks to rebound from a 3-0 opening-weekend loss at Brentford, while Newcastle enters following a 2-2 draw with Liverpool.
Round 2 concludes Monday, Aug. 31, as defending Premier League champion Arsenal visits Aston Villa at 3 p.m. on ESPN Extra and ESPN on Disney+. Arsenal opened its title defense with a 3-0 victory over Coventry City.
