ESPN Caribbean presents exclusive, live coverage of the 2026 ICC Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup, running January 15 through February 6 from Zimbabwe and Namibia. The 16‑team tournament brings together the best young cricketers from around the globe as they compete for cricket’s most prestigious junior title.

The Caribbean will be rooting for West Indies, who headline ESPN’s coverage with matchups against Tanzania (Jan. 15), Afghanistan (Jan. 18), and South Africa (Jan. 22). Led by captain Joshua Dorne, this talented squad, including batters Jewel Andrew, Shamar Apple and all‑rounder Shaquan Belle, aims to make a statement on the world stage.

The 2026 edition marks the 16th staging of the ICC Men’s U19 Cricket World Cup and features 16 teams, including debutants Tanzania and the return of Japan who competed in the tournament for the first time in 2020. Australia enters as the defending champion after defeating India in the 2024 final. Other top contenders this year include England, Pakistan, Sri Lanka and West Indies. Teams are divided into four groups of four, with the top three in each advancing to the Super Six. The semifinals will be held February 3 and 4 in Bulawayo and Harare, with matches also hosted at key venues in Windhoek and across Zimbabwe.
