2025 MLB National League Wild Card Series Exclusively on ESPN Starts Today, September 30

ESPN is the exclusive home of the 2025 Major League Baseball National League Wild Card Series across the Caribbean.
The series begins Tuesday, September 30 at 3 p.m. ET when San Diego Padres face Chicago Cubs, followed by Cincinnati Reds taking on the Los Angeles Dodgers at 9 p.m. ET. All games will air on ESPN2 and stream live on ESPN on Disney+.
The National League Wild Card Series features four teams competing in two best-of-three matchups for a chance to advance to the Division Series. This year’s Wild Card race came down to the final day of the regular season, with the Reds clinching the final spot via a head-to-head tiebreaker over the Mets. The Cubs and Dodgers host as the higher seeds, while the Padres and Reds look to play spoiler on the road in a high-stakes postseason showdown.
