ESPN Caribbean Kicks Off 2025 College Football Season on August 29 with Week 1 Action Across ESPN Platforms
ESPN and ESPN on Disney+ are the Exclusive Home of SEC, ACC, and the College Football Playoff

ESPN kicks off the 2025 college football season with six matchups airing from Friday, August 29, through Monday, September 1. The opening weekend features powerhouse programs, traditional rivalries, and standout quarterback matchups, all available on ESPN and ESPN on Disney+, the exclusive home for all SEC and ACC regular season games, as well as the College Football Playoff.
Coverage begins Friday night and continues through Labor Day, with featured games including LSU vs. Clemson, Alabama vs. Florida State, and a Sunday night showdown between Notre Dame and Miami. The weekend concludes with TCU facing North Carolina in Monday’s primetime slot.
All other games will be available on ESPN on Disney+.
Throughout the season, ESPN platforms in the Caribbean will present top matchups on linear TV, with full coverage of all games available on ESPN on Disney+.
