ESPN is the exclusive home of the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup 2024 across the Caribbean. The tournament will be available on ESPN with all matches also available on ESPN on Disney+. In addition to the live match coverage, ESPN’s coverage will feature daily highlights, and pre- and post-match analysis across platforms, with a special focus on the West Indies’ journey.

The 17-day spectacle is set to begin Thursday, October 3, live from Dubai and Sharjah in the UAE. The event will feature 10 teams across 23 matches that include an initial group stage followed by a knockout stage. The top finishers in each group will face the second-place teams in the semifinals, with the winners advancing to the final in Dubai.

The 2024 Women’s T20 World Cup will bring together the top teams in women’s cricket, including defending champions Australia, alongside leading teams such as West Indies, England, India, and New Zealand. Other teams participating are Bangladesh, New Zealand, Pakistan, Scotland, South Africa and Sri Lanka.

The West Indies squad features a mix of seasoned veterans and emerging talent, including captain Hayley Mathews, Deandra Dottin, Aaliyah Alleyne, Shamilia Connell, Shemaine Campbelle, Ashmini Munisar, Afy Fletcher, Stafanie Taylor, Chinelle Henry, Chedean Nation, Qiana Joseph, Zaida James, Karishma Ramharack, Mandy Mangru, and Nerissa Crafton.

The West Indies team has shown promising form in their preparation for the tournament, looking to replicate their 2016 victory and bring home their second T20 World Cup title.
