ESPN Caribbean presents the 2022 NBA All–Star Game from the Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland, Ohio. The 71st edition of the game will take place on Friday, February 18, coverage starting at 7 p.m. ET with the 2022 NBA All-Star Celebrity Game. ESPN Caribbean will also air the 2022 NBA All-Star Skills and Three-Point Competitions on Saturday, February 19, at 8:00 p.m. ET and the NBA All-Star Game on Sunday, February 20, at 8 p.m. ET. All is prepared for the best players in the world to meet over a weekend packed with action.
The Cavaliers will receive sports fans at home to live three days of the highest-level basketball, with the biggest stars of the League chosen by the public.
These are the teams that will participate in the game:
Team Lebron: James, again as captain, and recently enshrined as the league’s all-time leading scorer will take to the court with a scary starting quintet, including Giannis Antetokounmpo (Milwaukee Bucks), Stephen Curry (Golden State Warriors), Demar Derozan (Chicago Bulls) and Nikola Jokic (Denver Nuggets). On the bench will be Jimmy Butler (Miami Heat), Luka Doncic (Dallas Mavericks), Darius Garland (Cleveland Cavaliers), Jarrett Allen (Cleveland Cavaliers), Donovan Mitchell (Utah Jazz), Chris Paul (Phoenix Suns) and Fred Vanvleet (Toronto Raptors).
Team Durant: The current Brooklyn Nets player will miss the game due to injury, but his ideal five to take the court will be Joel Embiid (Philadelphia 76ers), the All-Star debut for the shocking Ja Morant (Memphis Grizzlies), Jayson Tatum (Boston Celtics), Andrew Wiggins (Golden State Warriors) and Trae Young (Atlanta Hawks). In addition, the bench will be ready with Lamelo Ball (Charlotte Hornets), Devin Booker (Phoenix Suns), Rudy Gobert (Utah Jazz), Draymond Green (Golden State Warriors), Zack Lavine (Chicago Bulls), Khris Middleton (Milwaukee Bucks), Dejounte Murray (San Antonio Spurs) and Karl-Antony Towns (Minnesota Timberwolves).
This All-Star will not only consist of the game itself, the dunk contest, skills and three-point contest are part of the extensive proposal that the NBA is delivering in a historic weekend, full of magic, talent and a lot of adrenaline.

Notably, Anfernee Simons of the Portland Trail Blazers, the defending champion, will not be around this year, setting the stage for a new winner of the most eye-catching contest the NBA has ever presented in All-Star history.

The skills contest and a new format for the 71st edition of the All-Star Game
For this weekend, the NBA decided to modify the famous skills contest transforming it into a competition of three teams, who will participate in shooting, passing and dribbling challenges.
