The Masters Returns to ESPN International in 2016

The Masters tournament from Augusta National Golf Club returns to ESPN International for the twenty-third consecutive year with comprehensive live coverage across 53 countries and territories in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Television coverage on ESPN International will include over 20 hours of live Masters content.  Additionally, for the first time ever, starting at 10 a.m. on Thursday April 7 and Friday April 8, ESPN will broadcast live coverage of the Featured Groups of the Day on ESPN3 (Mexico), ESPN Caribbean and ESPN+ (Brazil).

ESPN’s pan-regional coverage will feature 2015 defending Masters champion Jordan Spieth and two-time champion Bubba Watson, as well as four competitors from Latin America, including three Argentines—Angel Cabrera, the 2009 Masters champion; Emiliano Grillo, who earned a spot in the Masters by virtue of his PGA Tour win earlier in the season; and Fabian Gomez—along with 16-year old Paul Chaplet of Costa Rica, who received a Masters invitation by winning the second annual 2016 Latin America Amateur Championship.

In addition to live event coverage, ESPN will provide expansive news, information and analysis across a variety of studio shows, via radio, online and mobile services.
